We provide:

We will plan your stay, building a program that works for your group and the community, and will provide housing, kitchen facilities, beds, bathrooms, showers, washer/dryer and air-conditioning; meals are optional; groups should bring their own bed linens and transportation. Groups of all sizes are invited to come throughout the year (we have served groups as small as 5 and as large as 137).

We have several basic plans, but will work with you to create a plan that will meet your needs with or without meals. Contact us for current minimal pricing (if you are a small group AND no other groups are visiting then no meals are available).

The beach is less than 30 minutes away and Florida theme parks are 2 1/2 hours away. Jacksonville is a thriving city with a variety of fun things for your groups to do on their free time.
